A childhood shaped by kindness
A legacy shaped by purpose
As a child, Jasveer felt deeply cared for by his parents, not just in the obvious ways, but in the small, consistent acts of love they bestowed upon him. His parents modelled compassion, humility, and service, gently teaching him that we all have something to give.
After losing his father, Jasveer returned to Stellenbosch to complete his degree and build his future in the business sector. Soon after, Jasveer sadly lost his mother.
It became a time marked by reflection, responsibility, and a quiet calling to continue their work.
The ROJYJA Foundation is that calling answered, a living extension of their love, focused on helping children experience the same care, dignity and opportunity that shaped his life.
About the Foundation
More than a name
Founded by Jasveer Morar to honour the memory of his late parents, both quiet champions of giving, The ROJYJA Foundation carries forward their compassion, integrity, and belief in lifting others up, quietly and wholeheartedly.
The name itself is a tribute:
RO for his father, Roshan, JY for his mother, Jyoti, and JA for Jasveer himself. More than a name, ROJYJA is a true legacy of love and a promise: to continue giving, growing, and guiding with heart.
